Meet the Choreographers

Bella Olsen is an Orlando-based dancer, choreographer, and educator trained in hip hop, house, jazz, ballet, tap, acrobatics, and contemporary. In 2020, Bella joined Marlee Hightower’s MOTIV Crew and has since risen to Dance Captain, assisting Marlee in rehearsals while also teaching and choreographing as part of the studio’s faculty.

Bella has taught at renowned studios including Brickhouse NYC, Cambio Miami, and Movement Lifestyle LA. Her performance credits include work with Blanca, World of Dance, Disney’s Christmas Spectacular featuring Ava Max, Fandango, and Murmuration by Sadeck Berrabah.

In 2025, Bella traveled to Seoul as part of a seven-member, all-female version of MOTIV Crew to film World of Street Woman Fighter, the wildly popular Korean dance survival series. She later joined the crew for the World of Street Woman Fighter tour throughout Korea in the fall of 2025.

In 2026, Bella was selected for the highly coveted Monsters Show, Morphe. Known for her versatility, strong work ethic, and grounded leadership, Bella continues to establish herself as a dynamic performer, educator, and emerging creative voice in the dance industry.
