Our pricing is designed to be clear and accessible for dancers of all levels and commitment. We offer a range of options to suit different schedules, whether you’re dancing once a week or training more intensively. Pricing

  • TUITION FEES

    • 13 Week Semester Offerings = $292.50

      • 13 Week Creative Play = $260

      • 13 Week Creative Dance = $280

    • 6 Week Advanced Jazz Funk = $135

    ADDITIONAL FEES

    • Semester Offerings are NOT a part of our end of year recitals, therefore no additional fees are charged after initial registration

    • Please review the Dress Code for your class’s required attire

    PAYMENT

    • Semester Offerings require payment upon registration

    WITHDRAWAL

    • There are no refunds for Semester Offerings, apart from medical exemptions

    • Withdrawal from class due to medical reasons, accompanied by a doctor’s note, will be eligible for full refund net any classes already attended, and withholding a $50 +GST cancellation charge

  • TUITION & REGISTRATION FEES

    • Total tuition for regular Full Season Offerings: $990*

      • *Exception: Offerings that run on Mondays: $841.50

      • *Exception: Offerings that are 45m in length (Combo Jazz & Tap, Primary Ballet): $945

    • Registration Fee: $55 per family

    RECITAL FEES

    • Video Fee: $35 per family

    • Costume Fee: $150*

      • *Exception: Combo Jazz & Tap and Primary Ballet: $130

    • No recital fees will be charged for Full Season Offerings that do not perform: Jumps & Turns, Hip Hop 6, & Advanced Hip Hop

    DISCOUNTS

    • A 15% discount applies for all families with a cumulative enrolment in five or more Full Season Offerings

    PAYMENT

    All fees are split into three instalments throughout the season and are automatically charged to your account:

    • First Instalment due upon registration:

      • One third of tuition: $330*

      • Registration Fee: $55 per family

    • Second Instalment due Sunday, November 1st:

      • One third of tuition: $330*

      • Video Fee: $35 per family

      • Costume Fee: $150*

    • Third Instalment due Friday, January 29th:

      • One third of tuition: $330*

    WITHDRAWAL

    • The First Instalment and Registration Fee are non-refundable, no exceptions. If a dancer withdraws on or before October 16th, no additional fees will be incurred.

    • If a dancer withdraws on or after October 17th, the remaining instalments and fees will be due immediately.

    • If a dancer must withdraw for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note, please reach out to us to inquire about your options for a medical leave of absence.

    ADDITIONAL FEES

    • Missed Payment Fee: $25 +GST

      If your payment is unable to process when an instalment is due, an admin charge will be added to your total

    • Change Offerings Fee: $50 +GST

      This fee is applied if you do not consult with a Happening faculty member before enrolling, and we need to move your dancer into a more appropriate level, or if your dancer wants to change offerings entirely (e.g. enrolling in Jazz and switching to Contemporary)

    • Recital Tickets: ~$45 +GST

      Please be aware that recital tickets are NOT included in tuition and must be purchased separately. The Happening typically sets our ticket prices at $35-40, and Ticketmaster typically adds on $10-15 of fees per ticket.

  • FEES

    • Spring Break Camps: $550

    • Dance on Film Workshop: $550

    • Beginner Level Summer Camps: $350

    • ELEVATE Dance Intensives: $650

    DISCOUNTS

    • Register for Spring Break Camps &/or Dance on Film Workshop before December 1st to receive a $50 discount

    • Register for Summer Camps &/or ELEVATE Dance Intensives before May 15th to receive a $50 discount

    • Register for multiple weeks of Beginner Summer Camps or ELEVATE Dance Intensives and receive a 10% discount

    PAYMENT

    • All camps & workshops require payment upon registration

    WITHDRAWAL

    • We offer a 50% refund for Spring Break Camps & Dance On Film Workshop if requested by February 21st; no refunds after this date

    • We offer a 50% refund for Summer Camps & ELEVATE Dance Intensives if requested by June 15th; no refunds after this date.

  • COMPETITION TEAM TUITION FEES

    All fees for Competition Teams include tuition, fees for competitions attended, and required costumes. Any additional fees will be outlined in your Competition Team Acceptance Letter.

      • Costume Fee: $170 per costume (2 costumes)

    • Intermediate Showcase:

      • Team Jacket: $150

    • You must be enrolled in both semesters to compete

    PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    Fees are split into three instalments throughout the season and are automatically charged to your account:

    • First Instalment due upon acceptance, deadline Thursday, June 25th

    • Second Instalment due Monday, January 4th

    • Third Instalment due Monday, March 1st

    SOLOS, DUOS, & TRIOS TUITION FEES

    Tuition fees cover 8 hours of rehearsals with the choreographer.

    • Working with Ms. Kim:

      • Solo: $1200

      • Duo: $750 per dancer

      • Trio: $550 per dancer

    • Working with another instructor:

      • Solo: $1000

      • Duet: $625 per dancer

      • Trio: $458 per dancer

    Competition Fees will vary each season. Season 13 fees are listed below as a point of reference, based on attending four competitions:

    • Solo: $500

    • Duet: $320 per dancer

    • Trio: $320 per dancer

    Costume Costume Fees generally cost $170 per dancer. This may vary per discipline and choreographer.

    Solo, Duo, & Trio dancers must also purchase a Team Jacket for competitions: $150 per dancer.

  • Withdrawal from a class for medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note to be eligible for a full or partial refund. Review the pricing policies above for the details on your class.
